The results are in from the recent survey that asked about Zoom meeting time preferences. The TVAUG Executive Board listened and will be piloting a meeting time change for our 4th Tuesday of the month HELP sessions in October and November.
In addition, we will be mixing things up a bit by alternating Presentation and Help sessions so you don’t have to wait until the end of the month to get your questions answered. This is what the new lineup will look like for the next 2 months.
TUESDAY #1 — Presentation #1 @1:30PM
TUESDAY #2 — Help (AFTERNOON) @ 1:30PM
TUESDAY #3 — Presentation #2 @1:30PM
TUESDAY #4 — Help (EVENING) @ 6:30PM
Hopefully this evening session will be helpful to those who can’t make afternoon meetings. Of course, Presentations are recorded and posted on our website. So if you miss one of those, you can always check it out later at your convenience.
As always, reminders about our Zoom meetings are sent out the Friday before each Tuesday meeting. In addition, if you are a Forum member (if not, WHY??), its Calendar automatically sends out a reminder with login details the day before each meeting.
