Effective immediately, we will no longer be sending out email Renewal Reminders and Meeting Announcements via MailChimp.
Now that we have our new membership system in place, we can use its built-in email reminder system. You will be getting reminders that your renewal date is upcoming 30 days and 1 day before your subscription expires. You’ll also get a reminder 1 day and 30 days after its expiration date.
Our Latest News and Meeting Announcements will be generated by an application called MailPoet that works closely with our membership system. The TVAUG Latest News will only be sent twice a month (on the 1st and 15th) rather than weekly as we did previously. This email includes a few of the latest news posts from our website.
Meeting Announcements will be sent the Friday before each of our TVAUG Tuesday meetings. These emails include the Zoom login details for those meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month.
